Credentials That Matter in Ontario
Anyone can call themselves an HVAC company. These are the credentials Ontario homeowners should verify before they hire anyone.
TSSA Certified Contractor
Ontario's gas-equipment regulator licenses our team to install and repair every residential gas system.
Authorized Lennox Dealer
We chose Lennox as our preferred partner because their efficiency and quiet operation lead the industry.
HRAI Member
Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada membership means our trade practices meet national standards.
G1 and G2 Gas Licensed
Every tech on our crew holds the gas licenses Ontario requires for residential furnace and water heater work.
Why GTA Homeowners Pick EcoFrost
Six concrete reasons that show up on the invoice, not in the marketing.
Same-Day Dispatch Across the GTA
We staff for emergencies. Same-day service in most cases, with a 24/7 emergency line and a real arrival window, not a vague 8-hour bracket. Our trucks roll out of Mississauga every morning to Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Milton and Etobicoke.
$0 Residential Overtime Fees, Ever
Nights, weekends, holidays. Our rate stays the same. Other contractors charge 1.5x to 2x for after-hours calls. We do not, because emergencies do not pick business hours.
Flat-Rate Pricing in Writing
We diagnose first and quote before any parts go in. No surprise add-ons at the end. You see the full price in writing and approve it before we start the repair.
Rebate Paperwork Handled For You
The Ontario Home Renovation Savings Program pays up to $7,500 for a heat pump in a non-gas home (up to $2,000 for a natural-gas home), and income-qualified homes heated by electricity or oil may get a no-cost heat pump through Save on Energy. We complete and submit every form on your behalf at no extra cost.
TSSA Red Tag Removal
If another contractor or the gas utility red-tagged your furnace, we offer a free second opinion and remove the tag the same day when the equipment is safe to operate.
10-Year Labour Warranty on New Installs
Our labour warranty doubles the typical industry coverage. Combined with the manufacturer's parts warranty, you are protected for a full decade after install.

Our furnace broke down right during a winter cold spell. Nisar and his his team were able to get us a brand new furnace installed, the very next day. They were professional, respectful and did a great job! We would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks again Nisar and team for your wonderful work! Much appreciated!

I was on the look for an hvac guy due to my old furnace being damaged by water. I was recommended to Nizar from a friend. He came and inspected the unit right away, and had new ready to go the following day! The install went smooth and got the new furnace up and running. His prices are also are very reasonable. I would recommend to anybody looking for hvac work done. Will be using them for future jobs.

I had a problem with my AC, I contacted Nisar, within 2 hours he visited my house with the part and fixed the AC. Simply professional, honest and reasonable price. I totally recommend the company.
