I’m very happy with the service from EcoFrost Heating and Cooling. I had called several technicians before, but they turned be down after finding out that my split ac uses R32 refrigerant. I contacted EcoFrost and Nisar was willing to take the job. Nisar and his associate were courteous, humble, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, respectful of my home and took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. They did a great job repairing my ac and it’s working properly again. Charges is very fair. I really appreciate their help and excellent workmanship. I had to get both A/C and furnace replaced. I had numerous quotes, some quite outrageous from a variety of HVAC companies. We had at least 8 quotes. Some as high as 16-18 thousand which is crazy! Some would give a quote by text, or written on a scratch pad. Not professional. Some of these outfits will also try and upsell you product you don’t need. It was hard to trust many of them and getting the feeling you might be getting ripped off. EcoFrost stood out. The pricing was fair, the technicians knowledgeable and honest. Nasir sent Hafiz out to the house to inspect the old equipment. All licences were shown and Nasir sent me a detailed quote a few days later. Installation was professional and clean. Nasir and his team came in the morning, removed the old furnace and A/C, put in a 5 inch filter rack and new humidifier and smart thermostat as well. The 10 year parts AND labour warranty also really stood out above competitors. My wife and I are very happy with the work.

When I was getting no cold air from my air conditioner, I called ecofrostheating. The response to my call was immediate and they came and inspect and tested the unit, then gave me a full briefing on what they had found to be the problem. They were very professional and provided a detail estimate. They went to work right away and fixed the problem. Nisar confirmed the warranty and gave me his card.
